Sunlight is lightweight, non- PVC material for high-quality prints. Ideal for indoor/outdoor use, available up to 5 meters wide.

Moonlight
Backlit

Moonlight features a lightweight, non-crease finish and brilliant white surface, ensuring intense light transmission for lightbox and event banners.

Butterfly
Blockout

Butterfly has impressive flatness characteristics and consistent colour reproduction on both sides. Perfect for two way signages / hanging banners.

Spiderweb
Mesh

Spiderweb combines PVC-like strength with lightweight efficiency—offering half the weight without compromising durability. It delivers excellent show-through and vibrant image quality, all without the harmful environmental impacts of PVC. Perfect for sports and event banners.

Gecko
Wall Covering

Compatible with Latex and UV inks, the Gecko range of wall coverings is an excellent choice for interior and event decorations. Available in widths of up to 5 meters, it also offers a self-adhesive backing option for select sizes, providing easy application.

Snail
Welding Tape

Snail is a PVC-free tape designed for welding Kavalan products. It offers strong adhesion, easy application, and is ideal for HF and HW welding with large-format printing materials.

Dragonfly
Keder

Dragonfly is a lightweight, PVC- free keder, ideal for securing and protecting large-format banners. Combined with PP core and Kavalan's PVC-free fabric, it offers maximum strength and durability.

Snail Tape -ST25
Snail is specifically formulated for the welding of KAVALAN products. While KAVALAN 's weldable solutions, sunlight Weldable and Butterfly Weldable, deliver perfect adhesion, snail tape is the perfect companion for all other large-format printing materials in the KAVALAN range. PVC-free of course, Snail tape is so easy to use, boasts outstanding adhesive strength, and is perfect for high frequency(HF) and hot wedge (HW) welding.

Technical Notes
Please take note of the welding settings for temperature, pressure and time. It is recommended that welding temperatures are set between 140°C and 150°C.
  • When the welding temperature is below this range, the material may not fully melt and the quality of the bond may be poor.
  • When the welding temperature is above this range, the penetration of the melted tape may be too deep and its viscosity would decrease.
Storage conditions to achieve a shelf life of at least 2 years, should be:
  • Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool and dry place.
  • The ideal storage temperature should be in the range of 10°C to 20°C.
  • Keep away from naked flames and humid areas.
